CERTIFICATIONS. QUALITY, THE KEY WORD

The quality of Acerplastica products starts from extremely performing and certified raw materials to meet every customer need. They are transformed according to an extrusion production process that fully complies with our standards dictated by the experience accumulated over the years. All Acerplastica production, regardless of the target market, is made following rules defined by its Quality Assurance System.

The procedures include dimensional checks, tightness and / or functional tests on the entire production chain, traceability of self-certified products and raw materials on all profiles: pvc roller shutters in various colours, pvc folding doors with digital prints, decorative covering panels for wall and ceiling, cable trunking electrical wiring and industrial extruded profiles in polymers and techno-polymers.

Our Quality System has been certified for almost twenty years according to ISO 9001 standard. In cooperation with the main Italian suppliers of raw materials, since 2005 we have been using only materials that comply with 2002/95 CE (Rohs) and 1907/2006 / CE. (Reach) rules. For some Industrial Groups that we are pleased to count among our historical customers, we also use materials that comply with FDA standards and holders of the "Yellow Card" according to the UL94 standard.

As a pioneer, Acerplastica has created its own internal Quality Control System, drawing up clear, simple and effective procedures to provide highly performing products to its customers. It is with pride that for years the maintenance inspection visit has been passed with zero non-compliance, a step towards constant improvement.
